Great to have you back! I hope you enjoyed your time off getting fat and lazy and are ready to get back to work.
It's a new school year so expect an influx of new peeps at the gym. Let's treat them right and EDUCATE THEM on gym etiquette!! It's super easy if you just follow these simple rules:
Put shit back where you found it! You should have learned that one in kindergarten.
Re-rack your fucking weights!! Your mother doesn't work here.
Don't slam stacks on machines, throw dumbbells, or otherwise abuse the equipment. If you can't control the weight, you ain't big enough to be lifting it.
Bring a towel, or at the very least wipe down the machines and benches when you're finished. Nobody want so sit in your funky-ass sweat angel!
We encourage some noise but GHEEZ! make it worth it. Don't be screaming with 135 lbs on the fucking bar.
Last but not least, TRAIN YOUR DAMN LEGS!! The Yard is no place for skinny-ass chicken legs. Do the work!
